Education For Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt) is an Egyptian NGO that seeks to bridge the gap between youth and the private sector, since 2008, through market-driven educational programs connected to decent job opportunities that abide by the Egyptian labor law
The core part of EFE-Egypt’s model, the Job Placement Training Program (JPTP), is a comprehensive program that spans 160 training hours. It provides university graduates with the tools they need to find and sustain full-time employment. Youth not only learn professional skills but also gain technical skills, such as Digital Marketing and Data Analysis, to support their employment.

This program aims to provide students in their final academic years and recent graduates with the essential skills to secure employment opportunities. The Career Directions Program represents an initiative by Education for Employment-Egypt to address the issue of unemployment proactively. The training encompasses job interview techniques, resume writing, crafting effective cover letters, and, finally, job search skills.
