Who we are
Education For Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt) is an independent, non-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Social Solidarity. EFE-Egypt works to economically empower youth by designing and delivering training programs that align with the evolving needs of the labor market in Egypt. Through continuous market analysis, EFE-Egypt develops practical, demand-driven curricula that bridge the gap between youth skills and employer requirements, with a strong focus on actual job placement and follow-up to ensure sustainable employment. Since its establishment, EFE-Egypt has graduated thousands of beneficiaries and achieved strong employment outcomes, with the majority of job-track graduates securing full-time jobs with contracts and social insurance, and maintaining long-term employment. Women represent a significant portion of participants. Headquartered in Giza, with a presence at the Almaza Recruitment & Training Centre, EFE-Egypt extends its reach across all governorates through local partners and virtual training programs. EFE-Egypt is part of the global Education For Employment (EFE) network, operating in multiple countries across the MENA region, with support from international offices to exchange expertise and enhance impact across the region.

Many are unaware of the full range of career paths available, while traditional education doesn’t always align with market needs.
