Education For Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt) is an Egyptian NGO that seeks to bridge the gap between youth and the private sector, since 2008, through market-driven educational programs connected to decent job opportunities that abide by the Egyptian labor law
The core part of EFE-Egypt’s model, Job Placement Training Program (JPTP), a long program that reaches 160 training hours, provides university graduates with the tools they need to find and keep a full-time job. Not only do youth learn Not only do youth learn professional skills but also technical skills as well, such as Digital Marketing and Data Analysis to support their employment.
This program aims to provide students in their final academic years and recent graduates with the essential skills to secure employment opportunities. The Career Directions Program represents an initiative by Education for Employment-Egypt to address the issue of unemployment proactively. The training encompasses job interview techniques, resume writing, crafting effective cover letters, and, finally, job search skills.
