Senior Programs Associate, EFE-Egypt 

Marwa Joined Education for Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt) in 2019 as

An Intern Project Assistant for the Local Scholarship Program (LSP). Then Marwa got promoted to be Programs Associate in 2020, and in 2021, Marwa became a Senior Programs Associate. Marwa is a dedicated member of the programs team at EFE-Egypt.

In her capacity, she is responsible for implementing EFE-Egypt’s Career Directions Program and thoroughly following up on students’ progress throughout. She also keeps up with the trainers to ensure a smooth experience for both the trainers and the students; added to that, she takes care of the trainers’ finances. Besides, Marwa manages and updates EFE-Egypt’s database of beneficiaries on Salesforce. Prior to EFE-Egypt, Marwa was a Telemarketing Agent at Amer Group.

Marwa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Cairo University. She is also a proud alumnus of EFE-Egypt Job Placement Training Program (JPTP).
