Managing Director, Head of MENA and New Markets, Hassan Allam Services

Hossam Allam is Managing Director of Hassan Allam Services, a leading Egyptian provider of facilities, operations and maintenance services to complex buildings, industrial developments, heritage projects, infrastructure and large construction sites. Hossam previously spent 10 years developing natural gas projects for Shell in the UK, Qatar, Oman and Egypt. He has an avid interest in issues of blue collar mobility chairing the GIZ funded National Employment Pact as well as Middle Eastern entrepreneurship having established Cairo Angels, the first and, to date, most established business angel network in Africa and the Middle East. He holds a BSc in Oceanography from Southampton University, UK and a MBA from London Business School.
