Many employers cannot find entry-level staff with the skills, motivation and professionalism they need. EFE-Egypt sources, trains and places Egyptian talented youth at its partner companies to fill this gap.
Our team identifies available positions with each HR department and sources the right profiles of youth. Employer partners are involved in the selection of program participants to ensure smooth placement with their needs and to make the most of the employability of our graduates. Lastly, EFE-Egypt follows-up on employee retention status for up to one year.
