Alumni Engagement

Upon their graduation from EFE-Egypt programs, the organization provides its alumni network of over 8,000 young professionals in Egypt with ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure their continued success and achievement of long-term career objectives. EFE-Egypt provides the alumni network with regular access to trainings and workshops to increase their professional capacity. The courses offered to alumni are based on their preferences and needs, and include English conversation, English pronunciation, and HR courses. It also provides alumni with opportunities to put their job skills to use outside the workplace through a variety of unique volunteer and civic engagement opportunities. Finally, it organizes periodic alumni retreats to engage graduates of different programs, networking and cross-program communication
